Jackie Manguso, Director of Contracts and Finance Administration

Jackie Manguso serves as Director of Contracts and Finance Administration for Meridian Institute. She joined Meridian in June 2002, bringing more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations.

Ms. Manguso’s responsibilities as Director of Contracts include ensuring that specific contractual requirements are met, subcontracts are properly structured, and reporting requirements are followed and submitted in accordance with established deadlines. She also reviews contract development and develops new project proposals and project budgets in collaboration with the Finance Director, Project Planners, Project Directors, and staff. 

Ms. Manguso’s responsibilities as Director of Finance Administration include educating project team members in understanding the financial controls and procedures required by Meridian Institute. Additionally, she ensures the accuracy of all accounting and financial reporting functions.
