Jeana Connaughton, Senior Project Coordinator

Jeana Connaughton joined Meridian Institute in 2013 and serves in the role of Project Coordinator. Since joining Meridian, she has actively supported teams working with the Advisory Committee on Climate Change and Natural Resource Science (ACCCNRS); the Mid-Atlantic Regional Planning Body; AGree:  Transforming Food and Ag Policy; and several workshops related to lessons learned from Hurricane Sandy hosted by Kostas Research Institute for Homeland Security, Northeastern University.

During her time at Meridian, Ms. Connaughton has developed expertise in providing logistical support; including scheduling, coordinating travel, lodging, transportation, meeting venues, and audio visual.  She also supports meetings onsite and assists with participant communication.

Prior to joining Meridian, Ms. Connaughton worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years. She has held positions of Sales Manager, Private Events Manager and Conference Services Manager at various hotels and restaurants. Ms. Connaughton holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from California State University, Chico.
