2003 Rome and Bellagio Meetings on Plant Genetic Resource Policies

In September 2003, Meridian staff facilitated two meetings among some of the world’s leading experts on plant genetic resources, to assess experience to date developing and implementing policies regarding genetic resources and to identify strategic opportunities for future work and investments regarding those policies. CIMMMYT Strategic Planning and Management Retreats

Beginning in 2002, Meridian Institute helped leaders at the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) develop a strategic plan for the organization. Separately, Meridian also facilitated several senior management retreats to discuss both strategic and operational issues. More
