Kevin Bryan

Kevin T. Bryan is a Meridian Affiliate based in Washington, DC. He is the Principal and Owner of Equnival Partners, where he advises national environmental organizations as they re-orient their program frameworks to incorporate equity and justice as central pillars; builds local and national efforts to address equity in transportation and mobility; and leads innovative collaborations to expand opportunities in the environmental sector for people of color.

Kevin has twenty years of experience building and leading coalitions, developing organizational strategy, and fostering collaboration within and between organizations, including ten years with Meridian from 2004-2014. During that time, Kevin facilitated discussions for the United States Climate Action Partnership, developing recommendations that became the backbone of the 2009 American Clean Energy and Security Act. In his new partnership with Meridian, Kevin brings his expertise addressing equity in public lands and transportation to deepen equity and justice in decision-making on a host of issues, including data and technology, climate, and conservation policy.

Kevin actively serves his community; he serves on the boards of Earthwatch Institute, a national environmental organization, and One Common Unity, a DC-focused group that builds compassionate, healthy communities through the power of music, arts, and peace education. He is also known as a resident wine aficionado and uses his spare time to continue learning and educating others on the joys of the vast wine world. Kevin lives in Washington with his wife Rosie.
