Jennifer Brassanini

Jennifer Brassanini is the Human Resources (HR) Director for Meridian and a member of the organization’s Management Team, based in Frisco, CO. She leads HR initiatives in collaboration with organizational leaders to meet the organization’s strategic goals. Among her many responsibilities, she ensures integration of the organization’s Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Principles into all areas of HR; manages and monitors HR initiatives, systems, policies, and procedures (compensation, recordkeeping and legal compliance, health and retirement benefits, insurance, etc.); collaborates with leadership on strategies to attract and retain talent; supervises the HR team and staff in consistent and fair hiring practices; develops and manages employee development and engagement programs; addresses and responds to employee needs; and maintains knowledge of HR concepts, best practices and relevant employment trends.

Jennifer grew up in the Midwest and moved to the mountains of Colorado after completing dual associate degrees. She continued her education in Finance and Accounting, before ultimately shifting her career towards Human Resources.

Outside of work, she is always busy with her kid’s sports and activities, and volunteering to support the local community.
