Just Rural Transition Cohosts Event with FCDO and World Bank at AGRF 

Just Rural Transition co-hosted an “Inclusive Policy Action for Transformation in Agriculture” event at AGRF 2023 (formerly “African Green Revolution Conference, now the Africa Food Systems Forum) in collaboration with Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and The World Bank.

During the dialogue, they explored opportunities for an inclusive transition towards sustainable agriculture and food systems in Africa. Speakers included farmers, policymakers, and other food systems stakeholders in order to highlight the momentum in Africa towards this goal, and to develop actionable next steps for COP28 that are inclusive — and specifically targeted to women a nd youth!
