Local Catch Network Meets in San Francisco  

Alexis Rife and Jane Slentz-Kesler facilitated the executive committee of the Local Catch Network’s annual meeting in San Francisco. The convening centered on solidifying a strong and supportive community within the group and bringing together the pieces of a year-long strategic planning process Meridian has supported. The trip was filled with lots of seafood and great conversations, and the group made important breakthroughs in finalizing their first-ever strategic plan — clarifying the mission, values, theory of change, and strategic activities of the network.
