Meridian, SWCS JEDI Guidebook Featured in NRCS Newsletter

In their winter newsletter, the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Outreach and Partnerships Division recently highlighted Meridian’s collaboration with the Soil and Water Conservation Society (SWCS) on the JEDI Guidebook project. SWCS engaged Meridian to design and facilitate a series of roundtable conversations, engaging farmers, ranchers, nonprofit organizations, and conservation professionals to share insights on challenges and opportunities in integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into technical assistance administration to historically underserved communities.
