About Sarah Douglis
Sarah Douglis is a member of Meridian Institute’s Investing 4 Impact Initiative. Guided by a profound commitment to positive change with measurable impact, Sarah Douglis has spent the past two decades championing environmental responsibility by cultivating effective partnerships and generating philanthropic strategies for NextGen philanthropists, Family Foundations, Fortune 500 brands, and Non-Profit organizations.
As the founder of SolTide Consulting in 2013, Sarah focused her expertise in strategic philanthropy and partnership cultivation and management to help her clients implement effective corporate social responsibility strategies and impactful multi stakeholder coalition building to maximize and amplify their impact. Most recently, Sarah led the strategic development and cultivation of partnerships for the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation and has served as a strategic advisor to various Next Generation philanthropists focused on climate solutions.
For a decade of her career, Sarah also served as VP of Creative Affairs and Business Development for EcoMedia- A CBS Company rooted in CSR strategies during its acquisition by CBS. Before joining EcoMedia, she served in non-profit roles as the Events and Community Outreach Officer for Hudson Riverkeeper, New York’s premier environmental organization protecting the Hudson River, as well as an environmental educator and fundraiser at Heal the Bay in Santa Monica, CA.
Off the clock, Sarah lives in nature with her family outside of NYC and is an active volunteer in her local community climate action efforts as the Vice President of Bedford2030.
