About Becca Bartholomew
Becca Bartholomew is a Meridian Affiliate based in Baltimore, Maryland. She is a strategist, facilitator and coach with a background in organization development, food systems, and philanthropy. She focuses on supporting the human systems central to more ecologically sound and regenerative agriculture systems.
With an approach valuing diversity and promoting equity, Becca has extensive experience creating spaces that engender collaboration and innovation. She is known for her clear communication and innate ability to foster trust as well as her firm, yet gentle approach to helping others recognize their blind spots and improve their efficacy. Becca is a professional member of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science and works with American University’s Masters of Organization Development Program. Prior to consulting, she spent over five years at the Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future focused on improving federal food and agriculture policy through coalition-building, policy analysis, and advocacy.
Becca has grown to love her adopted home of “Charm City” where she lives with her husband and son and enjoys exploring Baltimore’s green spaces and burgeoning art scene.
