About Johannah Richards

Johannah Richards is a Project Manager at Meridian based in Colorado. In this role, she provides project and financial management focusing on project oversight, fiscal sponsorships, and regranting. She has worked across many of Meridian’s projects, including The Global Alliance for the Future of Food, Regen10, Lacuna Fund, and the AI Safety Fund.  As a seasoned project manager, she enjoys collaboration, strategic planning, and finding innovative solutions to drive projects to successful completion.

Before joining Meridian, Johannah was the Director of Migrations and Program Management for Granicus and Vice President of Operations for STR Helper Software.  In these previous roles, she oversaw high-profile, multifaceted, and controversial project implementations and managed the project management and migration teams. Other career highlights include serving as the Tax and Licensing Administrator for the Town of Vail, where she was responsible for the regulation and collection of $32 million in yearly sales tax and licensing revenue, and as the Operations Manager for the City of Aspen’s Community Development Department.

An avid outdoorswoman, Johannah lives outside of Breckenridge, Colorado and spends her free time rafting and fly fishing the rivers of Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. She also believes strongly in giving back to her community and volunteering her time for numerous local organizations.
