Lindsay Cope

Lindsay Cope is a Mediator and Program Manager at Meridian. She supports a number of projects focusing on oceans, food systems, sustainability, and climate change. A highlight of her time at Meridian is supporting the organization’s Mindfulness Initiative, sharing the benefits of her practice through her approach to her projects.

Lindsay has over 15 years of experience in constructive engagement of conflict, strategic planning, and sustainable resources management. Before joining Meridian, Lindsay worked at the intersection of people and nature. She worked with coastal communities in the Philippines to support sustainable fisheries and climate change resilience, and before she joined Meridian, she was a land steward in California, where she managed a community wildfire resilience program in the wildland-urban interface.

Originally from Maine, Lindsay now resides in Colorado. She enjoys nature and spending time in the mountains with her dog.
