A Unique Approach to Solving Problems
We see every engagement as an opportunity for true partnership. Our approach is tailored, addressing each new challenge with a unique mix of our services, trusted relationships, and deep bench of experts.
Who We Work With
We help our partners in business identify the best ways to improve their industries, drive economic growth, and conserve critical natural resources.
Our civil society partners turn to us for a wide range of services that support effective social change with sharp, strategic guidance.
We help governments advance the health and prosperity of their people, break down communication silos, and work toward global climate and environmental goals.
Across cultures and issue areas, we guide international organizations around bureaucratic roadblocks and help create new opportunities for collaboration.
We offer support and guidance for foundations, helping them identify, develop, and advance their missions.
Science & Research
We help science and research organizations ground their work in a wider awareness of global systems, supporting strategic development and new partnerships.
Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
At Meridian, we pride ourselves on our ability to design and deliver collaboration that brings people together—specifically, a wide range of individuals who understand the issues from different angles and have a shared stake in their resolution. Diverse perspectives are foundational to our work, organization, and field. We bring integrity, inclusiveness, and respect for differences to every project we undertake.
We are working to ensure that Meridian possesses the expertise needed to partner with—and build trust among—marginalized and disenfranchised communities, while advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within our organization and in our project work. Currently, our DEI team is leading internal discussions on unconscious bias, micro-aggressions, white privilege, culturally sensitive communication approaches, and other DEI-related topics. While we are making progress, we acknowledge that this is a process of ongoing learning.
At Meridian, we welcome people from all backgrounds. However, we have work to do in building a team that is representative of the diverse communities we serve. Our goal is to build a culture that attracts, nurtures, and retains staff with a broad range of experiences and perspectives, making our work stronger and more impactful.
